Chef Drew Deckman proposal is based on sustainability of our ingredients, paying homage to Baja California “Table to the farm”. Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table.
The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.

After 15 Years in san Diego, Award winner Chef Moumen Nouri decide to move his Moroccan Restaurant to the heart of the Valle De Guadalupe; a community rich in agricultural products, but also welcoming to new concepts and cuisines. Nestled inside the gorgeous Anatolia Winery, Kous Kous Cocina de Marruecos is known for its family style service of delicious slow braised Tagines, grilled lamb Chops and Ribeye, and large Mediterranean Salads. All this in a cozy and relaxed environment, surrounded with Moroccan Lanterns and colorful soft pillows and drapery. Our commitment to Valle De Guadalupe is to work only and exclusively with local farmers, from wines and other distilled liquors, to fruits, vegetables, seafoods and meats, to training and employing families of local farmers.

The architecture embodies the visions of psychedelic and surrealist illustrator Jaime Zuverza, their images were externalized via a vernacular and organic technique called ferrocement. Our bar integrates more than 60 labels of wine from Baja, wine by the glass, cocktails, crafted drinks and café.
Our unpretentiously, unostentatious but luscious kitchen celebrates local produce and farmers. We cook accordingly to seasons therefore we are moved by the nostalgia our traditional Baja food was once before the boom.
