Waterleaf, located in College of DuPage’s Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality students. Patrons will enjoy menus utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients prepared by Culinary & Pastry students as well as attentive service from our student servers.Limited seating is available at each event and reservations are required. Grand Dukes Restaurant serves unique and comforting Lithuanian and eastern European cuisine in its impressive and rustic eatery. Starters such as the Lithuanian potato nachos topped with beer cheese sauce, bacon and jalapenos and the potato pancakes with sour cream and applesauce, are perfect introductions to Dukes' style of cuisine. Some of Grand Dukes Restaurant's house specialties include the pierogi dumplings with potato and onions topped with a sour cream bacon sauce, the crispy chicken Kiev filled with garlic butter and the salmon in envelope with sliced potatoes, leeks, and creamy dill sauce. Sandwiches, such as the veal wiener schnitzel with Swiss cheese on brioche, the classic Rueben and the breaded pork cutlet belly buster sandwich with garlic sauce, are customer favorites and are ideal with a European beer.
