Brigit & Bernard's Garden Café is a German gem located in central Kahului of Maui, Hawaii. Swiss-born Chef and Owner Bernard Weber prepares each and every dish from scratch. No prepared sauces, all hausmade from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Come explore this unique "hole in the wall" for a unique German-Swiss experience!Please call the restaurant for any changes on the day of reservation. Manoli's Pizza Company was created with family in mind.My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 and raised on the largest of all the Greek Islands, Crete...where the weather and water are beautiful year-round, where seafood, vegetables, and fruit are plentiful and where the bread, cheese and wine are all handcrafted, the old fashioned way. Rhonda and I are raising our son, named after my father and born on Maui in 2004, on a beautiful island with similar qualities to my father's birthplace. This leads us to Manoli's Pizza Company. Our fare here at Manoli's is centered on fresh, organic, and sustainable products whenever possible in crafting all of our pizzas, salads, and even when choosing the wines on our list. Manoli's is where healthful, flavorful foods and beverages come together in a place where friends and family meet.

PLEASE NOTE HOLIDAY SEASONS MAY ALTER BUSINESS HOURS.Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Brilliantly innovative Thai cooking on the world's favorite island! Chef Prakong brings her artisan's skills to Maui Thai Bistro, a contemporary (and kitsch-free) Thai restaurant in South Maui. Brilliant lunch fare includes exotic tomyum fried rice, kao mun gai (chicken rice w tangy sauce), kiawe-smoked ribeye fried rice, drunken rice noodles, a truly authentic padthai, and much much more. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we pause our lunch service at 4pm and resume at 4:30pm for sunset service. Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the dining room closes at 3pm and dinner reservations begin at 5:30pm

Enjoy the spectacular views while you relax in our casual, open-air dining environment. Along with our menu offerings inspired by local fare, we have several signature cocktails available that are made with our own, Ocean Vodka, Kula Rum, Fy Gin, and Brum spirits.We have a 15 minute grace period. We have limited inside seating and vast options for outside seating. If you have a preference between inside or outside seating, please leave us a note in your reservation.
Parties of 8 or more are subject to a 20% auto-gratuity. Please call (808)344-7649 for parties larger than 8. We do not accept walk-ins larger than 8 people.
