Enjoy fresh house-made pastas, traditional risottos, salads with the highest quality ingredients, imported truffles, and entrees such as veal. An experience at Palinuro is one to remember.
The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.
We’re serving up tasty farm-to-kitchen dishes & cocktails out of our ‘from scratch only’ kitchen and bar. Microwave? Never heard of it. We use slow-cooking methods on our live wood grill, smoker and spit because everything tastes better that way. And all this goodness is served to you as you kick your feet up in one of our rocking chairs, dine at a fancy table or relax out on the porch.
