Bramley is a neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heritage town of Abbeyleix. Husband & wife; Sam & Emily Moody have undertaken a careful and considered refurbishment of this historic space to create a relaxed-elegant dining room re-capturing the feel of the late Victorian/early Georgian building.
An updated kitchen will celebrate Irish food using the very best of Laois’ larder & exceptional Irish suppliers. The menu is simple, seasonal, exciting and diverse.

It’s Personal at Petronella. We are a relaxed, informal restaurant situated on romantic Butterslip Lane. Petronella is charming, situated over two floors, in one of Kilkenny's oldest and historic buildings - we focus on wonderful Irish food and service - seasonal, delicious, yet joyously casual dining. The restaurant pays homage to Petronella de Meath, the first woman to be burned at the stake, just meters away from our restaurant 700 years ago. The restaurant pays homage to Petronella, the first woman accused of witchcraft in Ireland and the first woman in Europe to be executed by burning at the stake. When you leave our restaurant, take a few steps around the corner to the site of Kilkenny town hall, where Petronella met her tragic fate.

We are located in the centre of the Main Street in Maynooth Co. Kildare above McMahon's Bar.We specialise in serving modern Thai and South East Asian cuisine, along with delicious cocktails, craft beers and wines from around the world. Our style of service is friendly and relaxed as we believe dining out should be a fun and friendly experience. We have an enclosed heated rooftop terrace that comfortably seats up to 30 people all year round and is perfect for birthday bashes and corporate events. We also offer various group menus. We don't charge for room hire once there are a certain amount of people in the private group.
We cater for ceoliacs as we have many gluten-free dishes and desserts as well as a gluten-free beer! We are happy to discuss any dietary requirements you may have
Early Bird runs 4.30 - 6PM Tue-Thu, 4-5.30PM Fri -Sat and 3-5.30PM Sun and costs €27,95. This offer includes an appetiser and main course from our early bird set menu.
