La Terrazza di Roma is a traditional Italian restaurant located in Marina Vallarta, in the lovely city of Puerto Vallarta. The restaurant was founded in 1993 by a group of Italian and Mexican friends aiming to bring the flavors of Italy to Marina Vallarta. It is a family-owned and operated restaurant, with hearty trattoria style dishes, served in a lively, and entertaining space. “La Terrazza” is well known for its outstanding deck over the water, offering outside dining every day.In our menu you will find classic Italian dishes, as well as signature plates, paired perfectly with a carefully selected wine list. The menu features a wide variety of delicious homemade pastas, fish and seafood dishes, as well as gourmet thin-crusted pizzas.

During the low season (from July 23rd to October 13th), we operate with 2 service times: 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and we close at 4:00 PM.High season hours (starting October 15th) will be 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM, with closing time at 5:00 PM.
To make a reservation, the system requires a non-refundable prepayment of $120 pesos per person for round-trip boat transportation. This amount is not refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows. If you hike in or arrive by your own boat, this payment will serve as a deposit and will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

Please note; our weather and waves can change on a moment's notice. We may have to cancel the water taxi and close the restaurant if the waves are too high. This only happens occasionally but if we do you will receive a text on the phone number you leave with open table.
