Nestled in the rolling hills and lush landscape of Okanagan Falls at the south end of Skaha Lake, a twenty-minute drive south of Penticton, the Restaurant at Liquidity Wines reflects sustainable destination dining in the heart of our vineyards. Our connection to rugged terrain, mineral-rich glacial bench land, and the lake effect is tangible through the wines, dishes and ambiance.
Under the direction of Chef & Sommelier Mark Filatow, Waterfront Wines Restaurant & Wine Bar has developed a fresh, continually evolving menu which reflects all that the Okanagan has to offer.
Waterfront is a small 50 seat Restaurant and Wine Bar. We have just begun our twentieth year of business and have established a strong following for the creations of Chef and Sommelier Mark Filatow. Chef Filatow exudes a passion for his art that is brought to new heights through marriages with the exclusive selections found on our wine list.
Our menu specializes in a mixture of Tapas-style items and Main Courses, with the focus on offering our guests as wide a variety of flavors as possible.

Gather is a neighbourhood Korean & Italian restaurant, located at the base of the Innovation Center, that draws from both owners Chef Sung Ji Park and Luigi Coccaro’s heritage. Gather draws from both of Chef Sung Ji Park and Luigi Coccaro’s family connection as well, and was designed as a place where family, friends and colleagues are able to gather around a table, to share in a true culinary experience. The menu features a variety of small, medium and large plates that lends to sharing, as is customary in both Korean and Italian culture.
If the valley prospers, we prosper. Everything you see on the terrace menu is homemade, grown in the estate's garden or produced locally with our agricultural partners. Chef Patrick's philosophy is that if it grows together, it goes together, which is why we offer wines from the same region to accompany your meal.
Our Why: Some of our fondest memories are those created with family and friends (Kin & Folk) surrounded by delicious food while celebrating any occasion worth getting together. Kin & Folk, a refined neighborhood restaurant is focused on bringing its community together to connect, celebrate and indulge.
Our Food Driven by his heritage, chef has created a menu with asian flavours at its core. He draws inspiration from global cuisines, contemporary techniques, fresh ingredients and local producers to create a truly unique experience.
