An Indian restaurant located close to Warren Street and Euston Square tube stations and Euston mainline station, Drummond Villa is popular with the after work crowd, offering affordable food in house as well as a takeaway menu. Efficient quick service in a pleasant atmosphere appeals to the always-in-a-hurry London diners who frequent the Drummond Villa with its unpretentious, clean dining room and well-spaced seating. Food here is typical of traditional British Indian restaurants, the menu an extensive selection of curries spiced to suit the Western taste, tandoori cooked dishes and, of course, all the relevant side dishes and sundries which really do make any Indian meal. Slightly off the beaten track, just off of the Hampstead Road and just two minutes walk from Euston, Drummond Villa is well worth seeking out for decent, realistically priced dining.

We wanted a meal close to the Bloomsbury Theatre for a pre show meal. We booked for 18.30, but got there early and were seated exactly where I'd want to have been sat. The restaurant is small and intimate but that wasn't a problem. We had a window seat and the staff have a policy of deliveroo riders waiting outside to collect their orders, which meant the door wasn't constantly being opened and closed. The staff very friendly and considerate giving us time to look over the menu before approaching us. The service was good and best of all we weren't bothered endlessly to be asked if everything was okay. The food was extremely good and my only criticism was with my Keema Nan which could have been done with being cooked for longer, one side was doughy and a little undercooked. My wife went for the meat Thali and I went for the Tandori mixed grill with a side off Darka Dahl. It was a very leisurely meal and we weren't hurried along, the restaurant filled quickly and at no time was the noise level oppressive, although the TV being on showing football was a little off-putting. Overall we had a very good meal and would happily eat there again.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Well, third time lucky for the Drummond Villa team: they managed to persuade me to try something other than my favourite (Chicken Shaslick Masalla)! I had been eyeing the Kala Bhuna since our second visit, back in May, so I was content to let them persuade me to sample this distinctive dish. I wasn’t disappointed: served on the bone, it was dark, warming, richly flavoured…and utterly delicious! What to sample next visit? Who knows…🤷🏻♂️請問這對你有幫助嗎？

A repeat visit to this delightful wee restaurant on Drummond Street, a destination renowned for authentic South Asian cuisine. Drummond Villa never fails to delight, and – despite desperate attempts to try something different – I simply can’t resist their exquisite Chicken Shaslick Masalla, washed down with perfectly chilled draught Cobra! Possibly one of the best value for money quality Indian restaurant in London. Somewhat family atmosphere, due to the small size, nevertheless great quality and the tandoori prawns were fantastic!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food wasn’t very impressive and the portions wasn’t generous either. The staff were rude. When we were seated down they didnt offer us any water to drink or any of the chutneys to try. They even took away a chair from our table. There are nicer Indian restaurant across the street which are vegetarian which might be worth the visit. Another flawless example of how to entirely satisfy diners (this was a return visit, decided upon immediately after our first, a month ago). Fabulous food, Cobra (and Kingfisher) on draught, and impeccable service: we have found our go-to venue for when my old school buddy and I meet up, and Drummond Villa is it…why would we go anywhere else‽ Very much looking forward to our next visit!請問這對你有幫助嗎？
