We are open for dine-in and takeout every day of the week. We feature live entertainment Monday & Tuesday 3:30-5:30pm; Monday-Saturday evenings 6:00-8:00pm; Sundays 9:30-11:30am & 4:00-6:00pm. Please visit our website at dukeskauai.com for current menus or to order takeout online.

With the crystal blue waters of Kalapaki Bay and the Hoary Head Mountains surrounding you, Duke’s Kauai invites you to celebrate life like the legend, Duke Kahanamoku, himself. The unique island-inspired atmosphere connects guests to the garden isle with luscious indoor waterscapes and a breezy Barefoot Bar. The Barefoot Bar is seated on a first come-first serve basis.               My wife and I had a fantastic brunch today. The Prime Rib and Eggs Benedict were my favorites. Multiple choices for any taste….salads, shrimp, macadamia nut pancakes, bacon, sausage, rice, potatoes and multiple pastries.

              The Sunday brunch ($50/person) food was really so so. The prime rib was quite plain and not flavorful. Couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the ocean view due to strong winds. Live music was decent.

              We ordered the teriyaki sirloin and coconut shrimp special plate. It was served with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cooler than room temperature. The steak had good taste, but mine was very tough and fatty.

              Always an island favorite! We dined on a Thursday night. It was busy, as usual. It took a VERY long time to get our entrees. Our waiter was very nice, but offered no explanation. A little disappointed.

              My husband and I have both eaten at Dukes many times and have enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We both had the prime rib last night and it was extremely fatty and tough. Very disappointing.
