Dusty's Wine Bar is nationally recognized for its Contemporary American cuisine with a New World flair. Try our Seared Wild Alaskan King Salmon Filet with olive Tapenade and Lemon Oil over Creamy Truffled Grits or enjoy a 14 oz. Grilled Prime Grade NY Strip with Roasted Garlic Butter over Fresh Goat Cheese Potato Mash. select from 30 wines by the glass, enjoy a wine or scotch flight. Dusty's granite bar top is a wonderful accent to our casual bistro. Tables were hand-made from French wine crates, booth and chair seating is available. Dusty's Wine Bar offers many Tapas and daily specials. We are committed to providing the Lansing area with the Finest meats and Freshest seafood.

Nice atmosphere and quality service for our late afternoon visit. Our assistant Coltan was outstanding! Beverages, appetizers, and entrees were all excellent!

The food was outstanding. Beautifully plated and delicious. The menu is unique and diverse. We had the pomme frites (crispy and seasoned perfectly), the pork belly (tender and flavorful) and the shrimp and grits (covered in an outstanding creole inspired sauce). Lael our waiter was kind, enthusiastic and attentive. He had a lovely demeanor and smile and shared it easily.The wine selection is exceptional and varied. The Australian Riesling was sparkly and sweet and the house reserve cab was delightfully rich and elegant.

My wife and I looked forward to a relaxing date night. The restaurant ambience was delightful. The bread and olive oil were a welcome start. Our Caesar salads were a tad strong and on the tart side. Our entrees were tasteful and superbly prepared. Our server was pleasant but sometimes inattentive. She had neglected to tell us the special of the night—New York Strip Steak—which I would have ordered had she mentioned it. (I overheard another server offer it to the customers in the booth next to us after we had already ordered.) We had to ask for refills of our water glasses. After we had finished our dinners, we wanted to order dessert but our server disappeared for a frustrating amount of time. We decided to forgo dessert and pay our bill. All in all, we enjoyed our evening and would recommend the restaurant to those diners looking for a pleasurable alternative to the usual chains.

Everything was great about the dinner! We were celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the amazing chocolate cake! We had great service and the atmosphere was wonderful.
