We’ve been going to Earls for quite some time now. It feels like they are understaffed. The food was over done - as if it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. Everything took much longer than normal. Very disappointing

Fantastic service and fabulous food as always! Although they ran out of several dishes, we were able to enjoy other options and were comped a dessert for our wait.

Great restaurant but was very busy with big parties so getting server assistance was difficult.

Food was great overall, steak was great but dessert was actually the only thing not great, the creme brûlée was not set and didn’t have that hard sugar top and the sticky toffee pudding was dry and did not have a lot of flavor.

Steak was slightly cool but Chicken Parm was excellent. Aura (waitress) was FABULOUS!! She was very knowledgeable with drinks and food giving excellent recommendations.

Our waitress Amy was fantastic- attentive with a smile every time. Food was REALLY GOOD, but it just seemed a little over salty with both the apps and main courses. But, it was really good especially considering the prices at Earl’s are very reasonable. In the main dining area, we considered it just a bit too loud from the overhead music. Overall we loved and enjoyed a great Valentine’s Dinner.
