Went to ECHO with some friends for dinner on the recommendation of a friend. Beautiful restaurant in a very nice hotel. The outdoor seating was comfortable and had spectacular water views. I ordered the Red Fish and the food was delicious. Our server was particularly nice and the service was delightful. I would absolutely come back again next time I'm down in St. Simons!

Very special place and people. Food was great, stuff was great, warmly welcomed us. Special mention for Jordan, kind and professional, good recommendations, all time carefully.

Delicious. Chicken Alfredo for me and Salmon for my husband. Started with a shared wedge salad which was huge and tasty. Will definitely be back. One of our favorites on the island.
