Beautiful restaurant in Palm Beach. Asian cuisine. Appetizer sampler is wonderful introduction, two types are available. Peking duck a must have. Definitely try the dessert soufflé of the day, when we went Passion fruit and coconut was divine.

The whole experience was rushed. Turn and burn as my wife says. We started with one server who was very nice but for some reason they switched servers and then it was super rushed. The food was good not great. The drinks were watered down. Desserts were excellent but before we could finish he left the bill on our table. We will pass on Echo from now on.

It was super fun to go to the Breakers Hotel and have a drink first and then you could get their shuttle to the restaurant. Restaurant is pretty inside and has a nice patio which is where we ate dinner. The food and the menu were so so for the price. Truthfully for sushi in Palm Beach I’d rather go to Imoto.

My wife and I go to Echo often and have been going there for a long time. The food quality is excellent. Drinks are plentiful. Dining outside is a treat. Less noise. The staff is amazing. Well trained. Customer oriented. Special recognition to our server Abigail M who was pleasant, easily understood, and prompt. Abigail knew the menu and explained perfectly.
