Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     We had reservations for 11pm on New Year’s Eve arriving we had the manager tell the host they better know the kitchen closes at 1130 we ordered and the entire time the staff leaving remained at the bar making noise and conversations while we were eating then the food came and it was short two lobster tacos we asked about them and were told the kitchen was closed then as soon as 12 midnight hit the bank did the celebration and within minutes after they packed up and hit the road. The tacos that we got felt like leftovers and tortillas were rubbery. I always Bragg about this place sayings it’s the best in Fort Worth I’m a business owner and can no longer say that about it. We were literally rushed out of the place and had to go to inn n out burger to grab a meal.. the experience was horrible my wife even said it we spent a lot of money the last time we brought friends to this spot to be treated this way is a shame. We have moved it off our return list.

    Food was delicious, but the service is not at the same level it once was. Our server had an attitude problem from the start and really put a dark cloud on our evening.

    We usually love Eddie Vs...this was our first New Years dinner. Our main course arrived, no sides...apparently our waitress forgot to put on the order. They arrived 10 min after the entrees. Brussel sprouts were raw. She told us those would be comped....never happened. Also charged us for my birthday dessert, which we were told was free. The special one of us ordered, had upcharges for all the items she listed as being part of the special. We will be back, but never on a holiday.

    My recent dining experience at Eddie V's was truly exceptional. The food was exquisite, with flavors that were both sophisticated and satisfying. The service was impeccable, our server was attentive and knowledgeable, making our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Eddie V's for a special occasion or a memorable night out

    Our first time here and it was a really fine experience. The food and service were superb. Noise level picked up as the dining room filled up, and tables are close together. But it was an excellent meal and experience, and we will make a return trip.

    We had Tiffany H as our waitress .. . I the birthday girl did not order a second drink but she knew what was best for the birthday girl .. she kept trying to interject into our personal conversation and order us drinks .. which was funny at first but then I went to the bathroom and the band members strong smelled like pot ... so from a consumer point of view I used to love love love this place but since I have moved out of down town maybe I am expecting too much from a nice restaurant ...

    We first came here for Thanksgiving and loved it. We returned did our anniversary celebration. The tuna is exceptional, calamari was outstanding, the steaks are flavorful and perfectly cooked. Service is always great!
