Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    Eddie V’s never disappoints! As someone who dines out 3-4 times a week, I appreciate consistent quality and exceptional flavors. The service is always warm yet professional, making every visit a treat. Must-try dishes: the crab cake, filet, mushroom salad with goat cheese, fried rice, and Brussels sprouts. Highly recommend!

    It was a lovely evening. We were celebrating a birthday. The view would have been spectacular if it wasn’t raining. Overall it was extremely nice. The food and the service was very good too. 👍

    Another amazing dining experience! The consistent excellent service is why Eddie V's in LA Jolla is our favorite restaurant. Our server, Max, always makes our experience special. We celebrated my parents' 52nd wedding anniversary and he added small extra touches to celebrate their love!

    Location is beautiful, service was great. Food was very mediocre. The wedge salad was bland and the bacon was low quality. The potatoes AU Gratin were not refined or creamy. It was a bunch of cheese and potatoes plopped together and this too was bland. The lobster tacos were ok, but not great. The Brussel Sprouts were cooked on the outside but very dense and not cooked through on the inside. Compared to other high end steak houses, the quality in food doesn’t match up. I would not go back to eat there.

    Eddie V's continues with excellence. My grandchildren and daughter really enjoyed their meals. The birthday dessert was outstanding. Put it and keep it on your list of dining when you are in the San Diego area

    I randomly chose this restaurant for a birthday celebration where we were looking for something fancy. Eddie V’s did not disappoint. Our server Gustavo was fantastic, even gave a little wine education during the meal. The food was beautiful, tasted great, everything we wanted it to be. The cocktails were delicious as well. I don’t live in the area, but I’d definitely go to Eddie V’s again for a special occasion if I’m in town.
