Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    If you are looking for a consistent delicious meal with a beautiful environment Eddie's is your place. I am a frequent flyer here :). Last evening I had the filet cooked medium and it was cooked to perfection. The wine by the glass whether you like red or white is a nice quality selection. The view is magnificent and you feel like royalty when you check in. The front staff is warm and efficient. They've got that area down!

    Wonderful service, good atmosphere, and the food was spectacular. My wife had chili Chilean Seabass and I had the three medallions of filet beef which were both out of this world.

    The best dining experience of our lives. My wife and I are quite the foodies. We were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and when booking the reservation I noted it. Upon arriving we were greeted with the wait staff wishing us a happy anniversary and having rose petals spread across our table. We started the evening with a half dozen or assorted oysters, BY FAR THE. BEST WE HAVE EVER EATEN. Literally melted in our mouths. Continued our evening with the crab cake which was also booming with flavor and extremely creamy. We both ordered the 10oz filet & 7oz lobster tail for our entrees. The filet was incredible and once again the lobster tail was BY FAR the best of our lives. Never had lobster just fall apart as soon as you bite into it. We shared the truffle Mac and cheese and wow, just incredible. We were given a small portion of their famous bananas foster and butter pecan ice cream on the house, once again the textures and flavors were just incredible. Finished our evening with a couple espresso martinis that were just right. Already planning our next visit and can’t thank Eddie V’s enough!

    A great experience as always, little chilly on the upper deck, but they were very accommodating with adjusting the table and providing blankets. One of our favorites.
