Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    A great experience as always, little chilly on the upper deck, but they were very accommodating with adjusting the table and providing blankets. One of our favorites.

    The ambiience seems to be less than in the past. People wear street clothes and jeans, and for us the restaurant has lost some of its charm as a place for a special night out. Also, the noise levels were very high during our visit and the booth very cramped for four fit men. Even if you're average size, request a table because the booth was uncomfortable. The food was good, though after eating there for over ten years there doesn't seem to be any newness to the menu. Probably it's time to find a new "special" place for us.

    it was the day after Christmas and everyone seemed understaffed a bit, and it took us an hour to get our food. Other than that, it was fabulous and delicious.

    We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. The best thing about our dining experience was our waiter, “Max”. I would highly recommend you request Max should you dine at Eddie V’s. Max was attentive without being over bearing, humerus, friendly, and simply great at his job.

    The service was outstanding from the minute we walked in the door! Haven’t had a waiter as professional as Kev in a long time, just the right balance of caring/checking on us and allowing us uninterrupted conversation. The back waiters were equally as competent and I’m sure they had a good teacher. We had a lovely, lovely night! It was our first time dining ant Eddie V’s and we were a table/family of 4. We will absolutely return! . . . and the wedge salad was delicious too!
