Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    The service at the bar provided by Maria and Tanner was exceptional. Food is consistently great and the view is stunning. I always recommend Eddie V’s as it never disappoints.

    Everything from start to finish was excellent. The food was delicious and our server Chris made our night even that much more enjoyable. He was fantastic!

    We had another fine meal at Eddie V’s on a busy Sunday evening. We split a tasty, large wedge salad before enjoying our delicious ribeye and parmesan sole entrees. Portions were so generous that we needed boxes for leftovers. Service from Max and his cohorts was excellent.

    As always a great experience. Our server Jeremiah was amazing. Other establishments need to learn from Eddie V’s on how to offer a superior customer experience.

    Eddie V’s never disappoints! As someone who dines out 3-4 times a week, I appreciate consistent quality and exceptional flavors. The service is always warm yet professional, making every visit a treat. Must-try dishes: the crab cake, filet, mushroom salad with goat cheese, fried rice, and Brussels sprouts. Highly recommend!

    It was a lovely evening. We were celebrating a birthday. The view would have been spectacular if it wasn’t raining. Overall it was extremely nice. The food and the service was very good too. 👍

    Another amazing dining experience! The consistent excellent service is why Eddie V's in LA Jolla is our favorite restaurant. Our server, Max, always makes our experience special. We celebrated my parents' 52nd wedding anniversary and he added small extra touches to celebrate their love!
