Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic creative cocktails and enjoy signature appetizers.

    As always, the food was delicious! The service was top notch! And the ambiance was perfect with a nice ocean view of the La Jolla cove! My only suggestion to the restaurant is to have more beer selections, particularly IPAs and draft. They have no draft beer at all, they have four different types of beer only! And they need a waiting food. Otherwise, we had a great experience, we will return again.

    We went on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 for happy hour, sat at the bar upstairs. They have a great happy hour menu. We had the Prime Steak Tataki (10 out of 10) which was delicious, Eddie's Rockefeller was good, the South African Lobster was amazing (we wound up getting 2 orders!), We also had the Crab Fried rice, which was probably our least favorite dish, not bad, just not up to par with the other dishes. The service was exceptional! Kaitlin was our bartender/server and she was extremely attentive, and made a great Cosmo! We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful view by the water. Service is always impeccable - Shout out to Stephanie, our server; she was attentive and anticipated our needs before we had them! Our ribeyes were delicious and cooked to perfection! Also recommend the carrot side dish, the smokey old-fashioned, the caesar, the wedge, and the tuna tartar appetizer. They gave me a complimentary banana foster with butter pecan ice cream for my birthday, and we ordered the creme brulee and berries and cream for dessert; all were outstanding. Always an amazing experience to dine at Eddie V's. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
