Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    We went there for the South African Lobster tails. It did not disappoint. We had brussels sprouts and truffle mac and cheese as our sides. The brussels sprouts did come out a little cold and they immediately gave us a fresh hot plate of brussels sprouts. They even took it off the bill. We ordered two dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives. I forgot they are known for their old fashioned so I will order those next time. A little bit too dirty for me (too much olive juice). We had banana fosters for dessert. The absolute BEST banana fosters I have EVER had. The cake was absolutely delicious. They had a nice flame going around it. A definite must restaurant to go to.

    We celebrated my husband's birthday at this restaurant and the food was great! One drawback was the carrots were too roasted. Other than that we truly enjoyed ourselves. The Crab fried rice was excellent - our FIrst time ordering it as well as the Crab Cake and both were very tasty. The Chilean Sea Bass -(you may want them to hold the Soy sauce because it made the Sea Bass taste too salty) is my favorite so that was my entree. My husband ordered lamb as his entree. So we highly recommend this restaurant. Our waiter Charlie was very good.

    We went there to celebrate our girlfriend’s birthday. We love the selections from happy hour menu. Everything was great. Our server was exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed the drinks , services, food and everything else. We will definitely be back again soon.

    Our waiter, Ben, was just absolutely phenomenal. So attentive and extremely knowledgeable. It was our anniversary and he really doted on us and made it a truly magical experience!

    This place never dissapoints. Food and presentation were spot on. Menu has changed and some of our favorites were no longer available. They do still have the Oysters Rockefeller, but you have to ask the server for it because it’s no longer on the menu.

    Wonderful birthday dinner for my wife. Chilean Sea Bass was outstanfing. Great service!!!. Terrific shrimp coktail.
