Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Anna was fantastic and so personable. Our food was amazing from the wine to the bread to the entrees to dessert. Wonderful!!

    Thank you for a fabulous Thanksgiving Dinner. Our family enjoyed ourselves immensely. Robert was excellent and provided exceptional services this evening. Our Hope Diamonds were delicious and everyone’s food was great.

    A great start to the Thanksgiving holiday with a perfect meal at Eddie V’s. We have tried many places for holiday meals but none have come close to being able to retain the special atmosphere , service , and food during peak holiday traffic. They are prepared for the traffic and don’t grossly over book as so many of their competitors do and so nice to have valet parking available . Jared as always was a consummate professional with a warm friendly manner and made our holiday meal special. We decided that we just need to come here more often as it is such a pleasant “ civilized “ exoerience !

    Charles was a great server. We always love Eddie V’s - have been to five different locations around the country. This was our first time to the Scottsdale location and we’ll be back next time we visit the area. Consistently great.

    Lobster tacos were a surprising hit for my adult kids and me! So was everything else, Scallops, Margaritas, steak, and ahi tuna. I wish we'd left room for dessert. This place is a great evening out to catch up without being assaulted by noise and hubbub. They stuck us in the corner by the kitchen, which I should've complained about, but everything else was terrific.
