Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Great food, we didn't experiment much this time. We all went with sea bass which was amazing. Normally I'll try a steak over something different but I was trying to watch my calories and the sea bass is surprisingly low calorie. It's filling it's flavorful and the ginger soy is amazing. Drinks were good, I had a simple bourbon on the rocks. Chilling. This menu is very helpful for my son, he enjoyed the food as well. Really thankful that the place was open Christmas Eve. Staff was amazing.

    The service and food never disappoints at Eddie V's! Dinner at Eddie V's is our family tradition after attending Mass. We believe table 303 is perfect for our needs as the table area tends to be a bit quieter allowing us to better carry a conversation while enjoying the music and ambiance! The team working Josh in that section were exceptional especially the young lady! Cheers to you and the team. Odd situation occurred Christmas Eve this year. The fire alarm system blared for 3-5 minutes. It appeared we were not in danger. In the spirit of safety folks really should evacuate when alarms sound. It would have been a nice touch for the Manager to go around to the tables to reassure folks the restaurant was on top of and monitoring the situation which may have had nothing to do with the restaurant directly but one of the adjoining buildings. Sadly, the news is always made up of horrible stories when where where out celebrating the season.

    Per staff, Corporate purposely overbooked. There were 30 guests with reservations waiting to be seated. We were seated 35min after our reservation time. Mismanagement

    A Christmas Eve tradition to dine here! It’s always a pleasant experience. Great food, great atmosphere and great drinks! Braydon is the best waiter. He is always attentive to detail and makes the dining experience so pleasurable. He is such an asset to this restaurant! BTW Try the Perfect Patron Margarita in the Martini glass!

    Being from the east coast (NYC), I can say the seafood we ordered was fresh. As far as The big Eddie is concerned, not big yet! The presentation was poor (please take a look at Ocean Prime) or any seafood restaurant in NYC, or Europe for optimization of your seafood tower. The winning dish was the lobster mash potatoes. Otherwise this dining experience was okay for Arizona.

    This is our ‘go to’ restaurant whenever we visit Phoenix. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary so special. Everyone and everything was wonderful. Especially grateful for the little extras, like the whole staff signing an anniversary card for us, and the special dessert.
