Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Love Eddie Vs. Sit at/in the bar to appreciate the music too. Armin, Ryan, Trea - will take care of you. Martinis to perfection, shaken so cold you can skate on it! Crab cake is the best in the world, steaks and seafood are cooked perfectly. The crab fried rice is a treat, get your fries extra crispy. Every time we think about trying somewhere new, it’s too hard not to go Eddie Vs! Max - if you are reading this, you have a great team! Much love from Paula, Ed and our Polish neighbours.

    The seafood was outstanding! Chilean sea brass: perfect! Everybody was friendly and attentive. There was live music, a little bit too loud, but ok! The sitting space at the table was small! This is the only negative part! The total price for all was absolut adequate! I would come back!

    Sat at the bar and received excellent service from all the bartenders. They work well together to provide not only attentive service but they’re friendly, helpful, accommodating and thoughtful. Love being at the bar at Eddie V’s!

    Our celebratory dinner for our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary was excellent from the moment we checked in with Angela to our friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable servers Eddie and Robert. Everything we ordered - oysters, calamari, sea bass, ahi tuna, ribeye, and wine - were all delicious! We appreciated the team’s service and look forward to our next meal! Thank you!

    It was our first time at Eddie V’s and our server, Loren, spent time explaining the menu to us and giving us suggestions. Throughout our meal she was attentive, making sure we were enjoying our selections. Because of her excellent service we had an outstanding experience.
