Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Excellent food and service. When we got there, we had to wait no more than 3 minutes to get seated. Everything was brought to our table at incredible speed while still giving time to eat and not feel like we were rushed. For 2 people, the total came out to be around $300 (tip included). We had an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 sides and an enhancement. Extremely full with a lot of food to take home. Since it was our anniversary, the table had heart decorations and an envelope wishing us a happy anniversary. 10/10 would recommend.

    Atmosphere was wonderful food was good. The only thing is we ordered small oysters and got these very large oysters that were in edible.  we told her to the server, but nothing happened waste of money, but overall satisfied.

    Another amazing job! Hats off to the staff! Enjoyed another fantastic birthday celebration w my family today. Had most everything on the appetizer menu to start all were great!

    Eddie V's is one of the top restaurants in Tampa and based on our experience today, they really showed why people regard them so highly. Everything was perfect. We will be back soon.

    My first experience with Eddie V’s was not so pleasant, but last night was nothing short of amazing! Christine was an excellent server. The food was delicious, the music was relaxing, and atmosphere was great. Thank you for making my 51st birthday special.

    Reservation for 6. 4 orders of filet, 1 bone in NY Strip, and 1 medallions. One of the filets was not a center cut. It had a tough strap of skin running through the middle and definitely very poor quality. The men’s restroom was beyond filthy.
