Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Food, drinks and service were above par!! Kristine was phenomenal, would request her 10000/10! We tried quite a few different menu items and loved very single one of them. Zero complaints! Excited to have Eddie V’s in our dinner rotation!

    We took our parents there for a 'dual birthday celebration', it was fantastic. We requested a special table in the lounge and the team was more than accommodating. Our server, Rome, was spot on with everything and even arranged for a special dessert for both of the birthday ladies. We will be back!

    We love Eddie V’s. Jesus is our server every time and he is amazing! He gives great recommendations and provides amazing service! The lobster tacos and parmigiana crusted sole and both our favorites! Definitely worth the money.

    My boyfriend and I went to dinner kind of early so it was more quiet. You could tell they were preparing for the Valentine’s Day rush that was coming later. Our waiter Dawn was extremely sweet and she took very good care of our table. The food was nothing less than superb. We’re already planning our next date.
