Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Great atmosphere and food. Live music elevated our Valentine’s Day! Server was great and very attentive. Overall very satisfied with our choice. We will come back in the near future 😁

    We love Eddie V and have gone there many times. But the last few times everything has been good not great, across the board. It was never inexpensive, but we felt like it was worth it. The 2 of us did not feel like our experience was worth $400 for our normal dinner there. Our check was incorrect, the server dropped some of our food, server lacked the normal polish that we had come to expect at this restaurant.

    Everything was just perfect. One of my guests left a gift bag of goodies behind the valet against the wall while we were taking pictures. Could you see if one of your staff brought it in?     We were there celebrating our fiftieth wedding anniversary. Parker provided excellent service, and we were delighted with the quantity and quality of the food served. The complimentary dessert was a touch of class, as was the anniversary congratulations card and rose petals decorating the table.

    I complained to Brian the asst manager that the lights were too bright on table 35 he was not able to lower them. Made for a very uncomfortable romantic dinner on my anniversary in Valentine’s. Had I known that this was going to be an issue we would’ve sat somewhere else or gone to another restaurant. I’ve eaten 50 times at this restaurant never had this problem. Since Stephen has left running this restaurant, it has become very disappointing. It’s our second time there and the last time was not much better.
