Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Normally a great restaurant, but this time fell short. My steak tasted fine, but the cut of meat (I had a bone in ribeye) was too thin. But the bigger issue was the waiter. He rarely checked on us to see if we needs anything (we did), and he seemed annoyed when we asked him for straws, sweetener, etc. An off night from a usually great restaurant.

    The lobster mashed potatoes were cold, the beets in the salad were undercooked, the Caesar salad had hardly any dressing and the filets had an unusual flavor to them.

    Excellent experience for Christmas Eve dinner. Service was excellent; steaks and scallops were cooked flawlessly. Strongly recommend for special occasions.

    As always, everything was excellent. The service was attentive but not intrusive, the food was delicious and the sound was cushioned so voices didn’t carry.

    Love this restaurant. Food is always amazing. Service top notch and their GM Atul is on top of everything. Love love love this place

    My entree parmesan crusted sole was perfectly cooked and moist. A delicious meal and lemon tart was the perfect choice for dessert. Our waiter and all the serving staff were very attentive and offered good suggestions on meal choices.

    This has to be one of the best restaurants in town. Food was great. Service was perfect. Only issue is a rather thin and not well considered wine list. The white wine offerings were particularly disappointing, especially for restaurant whose menu feature a sizable number of fish dishes.

    We had an excellent meal last night. We started dinner by sharing the crab cake. It was divine! Large pieces of crabmeat and not much filling. One of the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. We both had steak which was cooked perfectly but the buttered lobster mashed potatoes were to die for! The service was excellent. It was a bit noisy but there was a Christmas party near us so we understood. Just a lovely dinner and evening! We will definitely be back when we are in town.
