Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    This has to be one of the best restaurants in town. Food was great. Service was perfect. Only issue is a rather thin and not well considered wine list. The white wine offerings were particularly disappointing, especially for restaurant whose menu feature a sizable number of fish dishes.

    We had an excellent meal last night. We started dinner by sharing the crab cake. It was divine! Large pieces of crabmeat and not much filling. One of the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. We both had steak which was cooked perfectly but the buttered lobster mashed potatoes were to die for! The service was excellent. It was a bit noisy but there was a Christmas party near us so we understood. Just a lovely dinner and evening! We will definitely be back when we are in town.

    We had a fantastic birthday celebration for our friend Becky. Happy hour drinks and food were amazing and then we split a couple of entrees and sides. The bone in ribeye steak was amazing, cooked medium rare. Perfection. The truffle Mac and cheese was great. Eddie V's is consistently the best place to go for both group events and couples.

    I had the 18oz $64 NY strip = STEAK was TOUGH hard to cut =male friend ate a piece = he was SO Disgusted with the ToUGhness of the $64 steak = HE Complained. Gal, maybe a manager, came to me apologizing & asking if she could give me a side or cook another steak= we were preparing to leave = 9 of us. She should have automatically brought another steak without asking me OR Comped us $64 FOR a PATHETIC Tough Steak.. Another at our table sent her entree back cuz bread crumbs on top & She gluten = Sent back to get bread crumbs removed & her entree returned with OVER Cooked shrimp (she left 2 on her plate). The sea bass special with crabmeat sauce DELICIOUS.. Calamari & Crab cakes Delicious. Unsure IF I will return = $64 steak ruined. Restaurant was HALF empty.= chef had time = steak similar to Waffle House or a Golden Corral… This was an annual friend Christmas dinner & we all decided not the place for next year.

    Great return visit to Eddie V's. Roger provided exceptional service. The food was wonderful. Great place to have a quiet dinner with friends.

    Excellent combination of great food, service and ambiance. I had the parmesan crusted sole and my wife had the lamb chops - both were cooked to our expectations and very tasty. The live music provided a nice background.
