The restaurant has a unique mission; to eat well and do good. Founded in 2007, the mission of EDWINS Leadership and Restaurant Institute is to instill leadership skills in formerly incarcerated men and women through an education in the culinary arts.
Our aim is to change the face of re-entry through food and hospitality.

My guests and I were extremely pleased with our dining experience. From beginning to end everything was top shelf quality service- the greeter opening the door, the gentleman at the desk ,our server was very polished and knowledgeable about the meal courses for the evening , the pairing of the wines chosen for each course definitely matched perfectly. The decorum was inviting and warm, the table setting very nice and the fireplace was lit which made it a nice and warm evening.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Edwins has been a favorite since the first time we dined here in 2017. The menu reads, "Eat well. Do good." And that perfectly describes the food, service, and the food community work done at Edwins. Tonight's restaurant week menu was superb: the soup/salad, chicken and salmon entrees and wonderful desserts made for a fine dining experience. Stellar wine list, too. We were greeted warmly when we first arrived at Edwin’s Restaurant. Our server was very engaging & helpful. The food was superb & beautifully presented & I asked about the wonderful creamy sauce served with our salmon & was given the specific ingredients by the restaurant owner, Brandon Chrostowski, who came over to our table to chat with us, which we appreciated.
