   From the moment you walk into this restaurant, you know you’re in for something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort dimly lit with warm tones, tasteful decor, and a relaxed yet upscale vibe. It sets the tone beautifully for what’s to come. Let’s start with the star of the show: the ribeye. Perfectly cooked to a juicy medium-rare, it was richly marbled, tender, and packed with flavor. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth magic. Paired with the potato gratin, which was creamy, buttery, and had just the right amount of crisp on top, it felt like a dream pairing. I could’ve felt asleep right there! We also tried the Hackleback Sturgeon caviar, and it was an absolute delight—fresh, briny, and served with all the right accompaniments. A luxurious start that really elevated the whole experience. I’m obsessed! Then came dessert, and wow. The Grand Marnier soufflé was flawlessly risen, light as air with that subtle citrus kick. And the chocolate mousse? Deep, velvety, and indulgent without being too heavy. Pure decadence. I’ve been coming to the Paris restaurant every Vegas visit. I will never not comeback. But what truly ties it all together is the service. Every member of the staff was attentive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality nowadays. This place isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a spot where flavor, atmosphere, and service come together in perfect harmony, this is it. Five stars all the way.    We never received the chocolates and other treats at the end of our meal. I saw others getting them and then asked people on the elevator - all of whom got them. We spent over $250 but were a mother daughter duo so perhaps they felt they could treat us as lesser than. Felt cheated. Food was great. Finish left us with a bad opinion of the place.

   I really don’t have words to describe how special this evening was for my family. I brought my 2 kids for our final night in Vegas. They love Paris and the Eiffel Tower so this is incredibly memorable. The food was delicious. Service impeccable. Truly first class all the way. We will be talking out this meal and the entire experience for a long time.

   I had initially planned to join my parents on their first trip to Las Vegas, covering all expenses. However, a work conflict arose, and I was forced to send them on their own. The high prices in the city took them by surprise, leading them to spend their first 12 hours mostly confined to their hotel room, taking a self-guided tour of the strip, and sharing a single burger meal. Feeling guilty for not being able to accompany them, I decided to make it up by booking a special dinner reservation at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris Hotel to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Knowing that my parents would be hesitant to splurge on such an upscale experience, I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with Sharon, the manager. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating, helping me create a customized pre-fixed meal and processing a gift card payment so that my parents wouldn't have to see the bill. The outcome was truly special – my parents sent me a lovely photo of themselves enjoying a romantic window seat with the breathtaking Bellagio water fountain as their backdrop. I'm deeply grateful to Sharon for making this unforgettable experience possible.

   Food was del ious, service was a little on the slow side for our 5:00 reservation. We waited a while to even place our order so plan accordingly. We had reservations for a show at 7:00 and just made it.
