The menu changes constantly but one of their signature plates, the salmon, stays on the menu and it is the best salmon I’ve ever had. Add on the potatoes gratins for a perfect meal. The french is all about taking their time and making an experience out of eating. You absolutely do not feel rushed and are encouraged for coffee/tea and dessert. Speaking of dessert, the Crème brûlée, my mouth waters just mentioning it. The ambience is quietly dimmed with a breathtaking view of looking down on the Bellagio fountains. This is a must visit restaurant while visiting Las Vegas. Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants.

I had an incredible experience at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning overlook of the Strip and the Bellagio fountains. And of course, the food was phenomenal—every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for a romantic, upscale dining experience with top-notch service and an unforgettable view, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent but the service was a little slow. However, the noise levels were appalling, it was extremely noisy and difficult to have a conversation. It was also difficult to hear what the staff were saying.

Whatever you order will be wonderful but you must have the soufflé for dessert! The service is spot on and very friendly. We always dine here when we go to Las Vegas or in France

You pay $40 per person to reserve a seat at the window, but the seating is tight as wait staff regularly passes behind you without a lot of clearance. Service is attentive. View is very nice and food is high quality. No pressure to depart at the end of the meal, and actually had to affirmatively ask for the check. Overall, a positive experience.
