    Great experience. Came for Super Bowl parade, did not have to wait. Service great, was quick and delicious. I thought it was going to be a mess with the crowds but they really had it down and knew how to handle themselves.

    They delivered as always. My favorite restaurant in the city. Loved the bazooka guacamole, we tried the empanadas for the first time and they were great. The carne asada tasted really good and cooked perfectly. Continues to be a great place after all these years.

    Although the food was very good and we would return again for lunch, it took quite a long time to receive our drinks orders. I also don't recall our server asking if we would like a second round of drinks. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the chips/salsa and tacos were delicious. One thing that I will also mention is that I can't figure out why when a hostess seats people that they will select a seat facing the kitchen entrance versus one facing the bar and windows. My partner changed his seat which was not big deal, but this is something that seems to be a common misstep among the staff doing the seating from casual to fine dining.

    We were seated in a booth, so we could hear each other, but if we had been seated at a table in the middle of the room, it would have been difficult. However, the food makes it worth it! Some of my favorites are the Bazooka guacamole, corn empanadas, creamy corn polenta, churros and mint chocolate taco. Table was bussed quickly also, which we appreciated.

    Always a good time at El Vez! Great drinks, great food. The lunch special is always my go to for lunch meetings as it’s good and just the right size. We made a reservation as this place is always busy. We will be back again soon 1

    This place has been consistently great for many years. The guacamole is delicious and the ceviche is a favorite. It has a fun loud vibe :)

    Food good not great. Cool decor but SUPER loud. Tacos and enchiladas good but definitely not in my top 5, so not worth the price. Would probably go back for guac and drinks at the bar, but not to dine at the restaurant.
