Our cuisine combines classical as well as modern Asian and European cooking techniques to enhance the flavors of local and sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes often to capitalize on the freshest and most seasonal fare. We believe George Barnard Shaw said it best when he said. There is no love sincerer than the love of food."                                 Our first time for dinner at Elements did not disappoint. We had a reservation on a Saturday evening and were seated promptly even though we arrived early. The food was excellent and our server Lizzy added to our very enjoyable experience. She is truly an asset to your restaurant! Although the price point is on the higher side, the food quality and creative menu are worth the money.

                                The Cha Gio Tom Cua were excellent. The Bao Buns were very good, and fresh with a touch of spice. The Salmon Wellington was amazing. My husband chose the Saigon Mixed Grill, and found it copious, but very spicy. Our waiter offered to remake the Mixed Grill, saying there were ways to make it less spicy. The ambiance is nice and friendly. The waiter, was attentive and funny, but service was a little slow, due to lack of staff.

                                We had a lovely birthday lunch. We all ordered the Bento Boxes which were quite good. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
