Southern hospitality, fine coastal cuisine, and well-chosen wines in a comfortable, elegant 1900 mansion have made Elizabeth on 37th a favorite destination in Savannah since 1981. Inspired by Chef Elizabeth Terry, Elizabeth on 37th continues to serve a sumptuous combination of traditional and innovative dishes, directed by Chef Kelly Yambor. The wine program and service staff are led by owners Greg and Gary Butch. Elizabeth on 37th is located in the Victorian District. The mansion, built for a cotton broker, is decorated with historic Savannah colors and patterns, fresh flowers, original paintings and ceramics, and is entered through fragrant herb gardens. *We are able to seat parties larger than 8, please contact the restaurant for availability via phone or email.     Always a pleasure having dinner at Elizabeth’s. The care and quality of the courses, the excellent staff and beautiful location makes it easily my favorite restaurant in Savannah. Just make sure to come hungry! The amazing 7 course tasting menu does not mess around. Can’t wait to return again and again and again.

    I wish I would have gone sooner. The food was amazing but so was the staff!! I can not wait to get back and enjoy the experience again.

    We opted for the wine pairing, but the pours were extremely small - basically a splash. If we go back, we’ll get a good bottle instead. Food and service were lovely, but the interior could use an update.

    Elizabeth on 37th is a far cry from fine dining. If you are accustomed to every bite leaving you wanting more... this is not your place. From the table settings to the courses everything is meh. Thank goodness they have the son in law who is an excellent server. Without him they wouldn't even get 3 stars. And its a damn shame they don't offer some sort of tour of the mansion before or after your meal; that would definitely add points. As is stands you get taken to your table and only get to experience the room you are in.

    Absolutely amazing! The food, wine and service were exceptional. What a humble pleasure to have been served by the owner, who clearly puts so much back into the community. I am inspired.

    It’s fine if you like bland overpriced mass produced good veiling as fine dining. The service was outstanding & everyone was kind.
