    Absolutely excellent. Gumbo and jambalaya authentic and flavourful. Ask to be in server Darren's section...Best server we've ever had and we've had hundreds if not thousands. All staff excellent. Top notch experience.

    We were a group of 5 and had high expectations for the restaurant and were throughly underwhelmed. Several had been there years ago and raved about it, but the experience was lacking. We were seats pretty quick for our reservation and the sever came over but it was slow to get drinks. We ordered and it took almost and hour for us to get our food. 2 did the tasting and rest ordered off the menu. My girlfriend ordered the sea bass and it was a pretty small piece of fish for $60 and it wasn’t even warm. Seemed like it was sitting for a while. My seafood boil was also luke-warm when it came out. We ended up sending her fish back to be warmed up and almost 10 min later they brought it back but at least it was hot. The service was slow and we had to flag down someone twice to ask for our server to order more drinks. At the end there was no offer of anything to make up for the cold dinner nor an apology, and for the prices we paid, we expected larger portions, better service and better quality of food. It’s a shame that it’s deteriorated. Not sure I’d recommend the restaurant to anyone coming to Vegas.

    Food was mediocre, the rich sauces outweighed the fish/ seafood ordered. It would be nice to actually enjoy the fish instead of it being drowned in sugar cream sauce. Also venue is very loud, kinda like a cafeteria, hard to even have a conversation. Service was great, but overall there's better options out there.

    Our service was impeccable. The wine choices were great. Our appetizers were also great — the bacon jam was memorable! However, the entrees left a lot to be desired.

    Emeril's private "Dinner Table" experience was fantastic. We have been going to Emeril's since they opened at the MGM and each trip has always been top shelf. Chef Lum and his team laid out a dining experience at the Dinner Table that was extraordinary. Thank you, Chef!
