   This was a special date with a new friend. My date was quite late and the staff were very patient. We had lovely table, attentive staff, and the food was outstanding: mussels with red sauce appetizer, tuna crudo, fruit de la mare. All were terrific.

   This place continues to wow as a neighborhood gem! We walk over and always have wonderful service and great food. And when the weather is lovely, the patio is a lovely place to enjoy and linger over a bottle of wine, pizza and the best linguine alla vongole in the city.

   I like going to this place because it’s local and they try. But their prices should accompany a much more professional environment. It was a busy Saturday night. So I am allowing for the slowness. But both my cocktail and entree orders were wrong because the server wasn’t listening and seemed distracted. So I’ll go back. But not too soon.

   What a great find for us. Our second visit. First was last month. A really neat little place with great food and fantastic service. Lots of attention by management and our server Christopher was perfect. Just the right amount of attention. A bit of a hike for us to go as we live north of the city, but worth fighting H traffic.

   Great restaurant - clearly thriving as we had to wait a good while even though we had a reservation. Once seated, we had excellent service and delightful food. This is one of our favorites. My husband loves their linguini vongole. I had the snapper special. Nice wine, attentive server. Lovely. Thank you.

   We have finally found an Italian restaurant worthy, of being called Italian. The atmosphere is so great. The patio makes you feel a little of the Italian al fresco vibe. The food…was excellent. Starting with the complimentary bread (wish they provided oil and herbs instead of butter) we delicious. My wife and I shared the Arancini with an excellent Aperol spritz. We both ordered pasta, which was cooked perfectly and the sauce….excellent. I had the fruit Di mare and my wife the pomodoro buratta which was delicious, fresh and light. We couldn’t resist the lemon and asparagus risotto which really took us back to Tuscany. Great flavor. Paired with a great bottle of Montalcino. We finished with the pistachio gelato and olive oil cake. Excellent experience. Next time we will start and end with the cool speak easy attached. So glad we finally found a traditional Italian restaurant worthy every penny charged.

    The food was amazing, and the service definitely some of the best I have experienced. Daniel was so attentive and very friendly. My Mom never comments about restaurants, but she said she will definitely return to Enoteca Rossa!
