Now walk-ins only for Brunch, with Dinner bookings from 5pm & all day Sunday

Evelyn’s is an easy-going local restaurant serving brunch classics by day and refined, small plates by night. With the kitchen centred around a charcoal Inka grill, live fire cooking adds personality to the dishes, taking inspiration from Levantine and Pan-asian favourites. A go-to for the local neighbourhood and travellers alike, the food is seasonal and humble while the intimate setting ensures that the focus is on the food and experience. Evelyn’s accepts bookings for Dinner (from 17:00) and all day Sunday (full roast menu), with Brunch operating on a walk-in basis.

Below Evelyn’s, The Daisy is a Parisian Pigalle-inspired bar with local resident DJs playing every weekend. Enjoy 20% off your bill pre- or post-dinner when you show your reservation. Expect late-night escapism with a plush, loft party energy and a refined drinks menu. The Daisy welcomes walk-ins, but booking is highly recommended.

On a city break in Manchester, we first went to Evelyn's for brunch on Saturday morning, which was excellent. We returned last night for dinner from their "Sunday Menu" - one of the best meals we've eaten out in the last 12 months. Great service - including recommendations for places to visit from our server - superb food and fantastic Margaritas! The place is ideal for a romantic night out - subdued lighting, cool background music at a level where you could talk, the place busy enough to create a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended - on our server's suggestion we're back there again one night this week for their "weeknight" dinner menu. It won't be the last time...

Gorgeous food. Good service. Unfortunately there was a mix up with one of the orders so it took a long time to come out but it was rectified and staff were good.

Staff attentive and friendly. Plenty of space and cool interior. Food was amazing. Nice size of menu. Will definitely book a table next time I’m down in Manchester

Lovely and lovely ambience. Food was great, we loved the sharing plates. Some of the small plates were smaller than others which we would have liked to have known before we ordered given there were four of us- two scallops don’t go very far! Waitress was lovely - as the restaurant was v busy they were al working very hard but you could see they were trying to look after everyone. We really enjoyed our first visit here and will definitely be back soon!

Overall the experience was fair but I found the food really disappointing. I didn't think it was worth the money. Perhaps it was because it was a January menu with January discount but the food was cold, odd portions and the fries were substandard. limited options also. The service was good and the waitress was really kind but I probably won't be coming back for the dinner menu.
