Bar Mezzana is a coastal Italian restaurant by Chef Colin Lynch at Ink Block in Boston’s South End, specializing in crudo and hand-made pasta.     utter perfection. french onion soup, steak frites (impeccably cooked), chocolate mousse... utter perfection. service was great too, multiple people came by to clear plates and fill wine glasses. if there was ever 5/5 stars it was my experience at aquitaine.

    Marco was an excellent server and the entire team was very attentive and did everything they could to give us an excellent experience. We were a large party but never felt rushed or had to wait long after we put in orders to get our food/drinks. All of the food was truly excellent and I can’t wait to come back, especially for the frutti di mare which has all kinds of perfectly cooked seafood. We also got a special birthday surprised that was really a sight to behold and made my day! The team has only been working together for 10 days but knocked it out of the park, so I can only imagine what it will be like once they’ve had some more time together. I can’t wait to come back!

    This place never disappoints! It was a perfect place to go for Valentine’s Day! As usual the food and drinks were delicious and the staff was so friendly and accommodating with food allergies. Thank you! Can’t wait to go back.
