Spiaggetta, our namesake, means " little beach" in Italian. Classic Italian dishes and culinary specialties from the city of Rome.Since 2012 , we go through great lengths to ensure an authentic experience, from hand making our own pastas, to sticking to traditional Italian kitchen rules when we source only the best, freshest local ingredients for their flavor. The Tarantino family excitedly welcomes you to their roomy " trattoria" either outdoor ( seasonal ) or in the comfortable dining rooms. Our spacious restaurant's banquet room can accomodate you and 99 of your closest friends to celebrate any special event. Marco Tarantino and his team prepare delicious Branzino, his mother's potatoes gnocchi and he dishes the best Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara in South Jersey. In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County. Nested beautifully on the bay, enjoy dinner and hand-handcrafted cocktails; inside in our sophisticated dining room or outside on our covered patio next to the harbor and water. Reservations recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests for seating preferences and/or outside dining, but they cannot be guaranteed based on limited outdoor seating. Outdoor dining may have additional wait times. Two bars (seasonal) are available to enjoy cocktails and wine should you arrive early for your reservation.For parties greater than eight or private events, please call 609-600-2115.
