**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.** Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". The Tersiguel family has operated one of the regions best restaurants for over 45 years and continues this tradition with annual ratings of "Best French Restaurant" from the Zagat and Baltimore Magazine.

We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews. Tersiguel’s is a place where amazing food, great service and perfect ambience merge as one to give its guests a perfect experience. The courses are packed with great flavors and the staff does a great work explaining every plate in detail. It’s a place worth visiting with your other half to give them a taste of greatness!

Food was visually appealing and great vibes. Great views and everyone with the dresscode dresses very nice. The “inspection” downstairs before you go up definitely helps enforce it. Feels exclusive. For the prices I would expect a leveling up of the food but it was definitely good. I would say they miss the price v food quality balance by about 10-15% in pricing.
