At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. Fantastic menu with traditional Greek dishes as well as some very innovative adaptations. High quality ingredients that are expertly prepared and presented. Service is friendly and informed and the restaurant space is gorgeous. This place is special, will be back soon.

My husband and I decided to go for lunch instead of having dinner at Elia. Marcello was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had a delicious lunch around noon and truly enjoyed the pre fixe menu. Will definitely be coming for lunch again, as we truly enjoyed the quieter and relaxing atmosphere.

Took a chance for a last minute anniversary dinner. Great choice! Unbelievably creative cocktails, very attentive after, and really interesting Mexican menu. Taco appetizers were good, but the other dishes - mole enchilada and guava paste tostada - were exceptional. And the cocktail were so good we skipped dessert to indulge in one more round. Great little gem (in a funny strip mall). Highly recommend.
