Mahogany wood and glass partitions divide the gargantuan space to create intimate dining experiences. These pieces are adorned in gilded accents and uniquely curved arches inspired by the 20th-century Art Nouveau movement of Paris.     Filomena does not disappoint! Always perfectly cooked pasta, chicken and seafood. The place is already decorated for Christmas which makes it quite an experience with a polar bear dressed in his best and Santa not to mention all the streamers and stuff hanging from the ceiling. No place like it. Only downside is they fill the place up and it gets tight and warm down in that basement. A must for any trip to DC and Georgetown!

    Never fails to be a great experience. The only issue we've had in many years of coming back to Zatinya is noise. This time we arrived at 5 PM for a 6 PM reservation and it was quieter than usual. They were simply fantastic, acknowledged our anniversary and made the night special. But all visits to this superb restaurant are special

    The food was phenomenal, as usual! The atmosphere was exceptional. This place is such a vibe. Our server was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions without prompting; which is always a nice touch, in my opinion. I like that the food is made to order, because it gives you time to talk and enjoy the meal. There is nothing worse than having your entrée arrive while you are still working on your appetizer. Don't go by the reviews; check this place out for yourself. It is one of our favorites. Remember, any place can have an off night; are you perfect at your job every day?

    It was my first time there with my friend and we really enjoyed ourselves. We opted to sit in the restaurant area and the music was nice. Definitely snapping and singing along. The staff was very friendly, and attentive to our needs. Our server Christopher was amazing. He gave us great suggestions on appetizers and entree selections and they were perfect. Get the Grand Marnier wings and the oxtail dinner. The rum cake did not appoint. I had the hands on your knees drink and it was good. Stop thinking about it and go.
