La Masseria Restaurant is inspired from ancient fortified farmhouses that in the Puglia Region of Italy are called “Masseria”. Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Pino Coladonato, grew up on a Farm in Puglia. He was forced to eat whatever was available but soon was tired of bean puree and decided to take matters into his own hands, creating new ways to use the same few ingredients. Now, with limitless ingredients to choose from, fava beans, chickpeas and lentils are still a core element in many of his entrees. Interior Designer Libby Langdon has created a warm, inviting dining atmosphere. Rustic and relaxed, with plenty of old world charm. We had a mutual birthday dinner served beautifully. Fresh food so tastefully prepared. Tiramisu made at table side and the waitstaff singing to us. So festive and delish.

Incredible service, massive and delicious portions & delightful ambience. The restaurant was bustling but it felt as if you you stepped back in time with the playlist and menu offerings. Absolutely recommend for anyone traveling with family or friends!

All around wonderful experience. We had a reservation at 8:00 but found our schedule changed a bit and we hoped to eat earlier. We stopped by the restaurant at 6:30 to see if they could seat us sooner, and they prepared a table for us right away. At the same time, I heard another guest ask the host how soon they could be seated without a reservation, and she was told the wait was 90 minutes! We felt like VIPs! The service, the food, and the ambience were all incredible. Our water glasses were never empty. Our food was delivered in the ideal time. Everything was delicious. We love the family-style menu that let all of us share and taste several entrees. The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had. We look forward to returning!
