Great food, but really makes things stand out in addition to the very cozy atmosphere is the amazing staff and team that all works as one to make the customer experience above and beyond. We were in Cleveland to see the symphony and made last minute reservations at Valerio's in Little Italy which is super close to Severance Hall. We were seated promptly and Michael, our server, was a delight. He took excellent care of us, rattled off the specials, and made great recommendations. We ordered the swordfish and the lamb shank and both were amazing. The swordfish was perfectly grilled and delicious. The lamb shank was very tender, falling off the bone, with gravy that was to die for. Both were reasonably priced and less than what we expected to pay. We will definitely go back.
