La Chaumière is as close as it gets to dining in a French country inn. Celebrating 48 years, La Chaumière features traditional dishes like escargots en coquille, boudin blanc, quenelles of pike, cassoulet and Grand Marnier souffle. Chef Javier's specials reflect a modern approach to seasonal produce, seafood and game with favorites like baked oysters, Dover sole and our speciality, housemate Boudin Blanc.     Incredible sushi and overall food experience! Jibby was a wonderful waitress and explained the nuances of each dish and how to taste them in order to optimize the unique ingredients and exquisite flavors. I would definitely recommend having Jibby as your waitress!

    Truly a diamond dining experience! When I walked into the restaurant I felt like I entered a French or Swiss chalet where I was then greeted by a distinguished French speaking host. Crisp white linen table clothes adorned each table and a lovely gaslight fireplace in the center made for a perfect ambiance. All the servers were older distinguished looking gentlemen buzzing through the restaurant focused on one thing- guest hospitality! Loved it. I cannot say enough about our server from San Salvador Emilio who coursed out our dinner so perfectly, beginning with baked oysters and ending with chocolate souffle. Definitely Old World dining done to perfection! Enjoyed chatting with the guests from each side of our table! Cannot wait to return in the future! Merci Beaucoup!!!

    Omg. Small menu, great food. Some Mexican restaurants smother food in cheese. This was simple, flavorful, spot on. Thanks to Nikolai (sorry if spelling is not correct) for awesome time!! My entire family had same comment - best Mexican food we have had in the states.
