Located in Glenarden, Maryland. Kobe serves Japanese cuisine in a fun atmosphere. The Kobe's chefs stir fry each guest's meals right in front of them using authentic seasonings and spices. Additionally, Kobe has an extensive selection of sushi.Start out your meal with soup or salad or one of Kobe's appetizers, shrimp tempura or the gyoza. Choose from options like Hibachi Entrees (Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Scallop, Filet Mignon, Salmon, and lobster) or Hibachi Combination Entrees. Hello and welcome to Shewa Ethiopian Restaurant. An authentic Ethiopian restaurant located in Washington DC. We are proud to present to you an exquisite and authentic cuisine from one of the oldest countries in the world, Ethiopia, a country of three thousand years of history, thirteen months of sunshine and home of the earliest known humankind, Lucy, our ancestor. Our menu characteristically consists of vegetable and often very spicy meat (Beef, Chicken and Lamb)dishes. This is usually in the form of wat, a thick stew, served atop injera, a large sourdough flatbread, which is about 50 centimeters (20 inches) in diameter and made out of fermented teff flour. Shewa Restaurant DC is a family owned restaurant serving the DC area since 2010 and keep offering our special American and Mexican dishes. Starting from our food truck serving hot dishes multiple places in the DC area for more than 15 years under the name of Rebecca Ethiopian Cuisine.

    We had an amazing Chef’s Table experience at Huncho House last night! We were able to see all of the dishes as they were being prepared and interact with the chefs. Everyone was so cool and the energy was really positive! The food…next level delicious and plated beautifully! We couldn’t decide on just 2 entrees so we ordered 3. For appetizers, we had the crab topped charbroiled oysters and cheesesteak eggrolls. For entrees, we had the Red Snapper, Jerk Short Rib and Seafood Fried Rice with shrimp added. We ordered regular Mac n Cheese and Brussel Sprouts as our sides. Every dish was cooked to perfection and so flavorful! The sauce on that snapper was CRAZY good! Sweet and spicy. Short rib was tender and tasty! The fried rice had salmon on top as well and was a filling dish! The drinks were mixed very well too. We felt special and got individual attention for our whole stay. The chef’s table experience was very worth it! As an added bonus, the owner Tobias Dorzon came in as we were wrapping up our meal. It was cool to have him come through as he continues to recover! Blessings to him for continued healing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
