It was 1999 when China City opened its doors to the world and let everyone enjoy the delicious American-Chinese cuisine. And within a short period of time, people were raving for the cuisine more than ever. Maybe it's our attentive and detailed staff. Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. Large 3-sided fireplace in the center of the dining room warms the cold days, while the beautiful patio with a 3-tiered fountain, overhead electric heating, a beautiful mature flowering cherry tree in the middle and Merlot Grapes growing on the trellises provide a garden-like outdoor dining experience seasonally.The dining room is bright and airy with many windows facing the east and west, and bar and lounge area provide a comfortable space for drinks, appetizers and conversations.Girardi's signature dish, Fred's Salmon, a gently smoked and perfectly prepared Salmon served with wild mushroom risotto and roasted asparagus is served Thursdays through Sundays and not to be missed.

5 of us met @ Grazie Ristorante for drinks and dinner. Our server did an excellent job and was most attentive. We had appetizers as well as dinner and dessert. The food was great and exceeded our expectations. We had a nice time.

We came for Christmas Eve dinner. It was amazing. Service was friendly and quick. They were kind to our daughters. We did reservations and were seated right away and our already prepared table!
