La Masseria Restaurant is inspired from ancient fortified farmhouses that in the Puglia Region of Italy are called “Masseria”. Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Pino Coladonato, grew up on a Farm in Puglia. He was forced to eat whatever was available but soon was tired of bean puree and decided to take matters into his own hands, creating new ways to use the same few ingredients. Now, with limitless ingredients to choose from, fava beans, chickpeas and lentils are still a core element in many of his entrees. Interior Designer Libby Langdon has created a warm, inviting dining atmosphere. Rustic and relaxed, with plenty of old world charm. Our party of 6 (that included 2 kids) had an amazing time at Serra! The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is so peaceful and calm! Our waitress Katharin was phenomenal, she was so personable and gave us amazing service! I’m so happy we chose this restaurant for our dinner!

Italian family style restaurant, very large dishes - we ordered 1 dish for 4. Delicious food with a cozy atmosphere. Polite service, a little bit slow, but in Italy is much more slower. Great place! Would absolutely return.

The food was incredible . Umami for sure. The staff was also amazing. The woman who seated and served us was extremely helpful and attentive to everyone in the restaurant at once. She ran that room like a pro to say the least. It was New Year's day as well the place was packed on a holiday and the staff was taking care of a full restaurant and take-out orders that seemed non stop for the 90 minutes we were there. They earned and deserved the Michelin star. And I loved the sketches of the restaurant that were hung throughout the restaurant among the many old photos . Will definitely be back soon.
