The entire meal experience by the four of us was excellent. Our guests were very impressed with the quality of their meal at the price. Only bad experience was a mixed drink that was rated as awful but they replaced it cheerfully.

This is an amazing eating experience….peaceful, delicious, and extremely filling. The individual eating spaces are warm, inviting, and intimate. The food is drenched in love, flavor, and freshness. Come with the intention to savor….an empty belly, all the time in the world, and good company. You will leave fully nourished.

We saw this restaurant a few days ago while strolling Pearl Street, and decided to book a reservation for a weekday dinner. Glad we did! Drinks were outstanding, especially their take on a gin and tonic, and our party enjoyed almost all the tapas offerings. Meatballs and mushrooms stood out in particular (gotta try them!), and the cauliflower 'steak' was also a great dish. We definitely will return and recommend it to all the foodies visiting Boulder.

Cozobi continues to delight. Outstanding in every way, from cocktails to the very best ribeye in recent memory.
