My mom and I LOVED dining here! The vibe and ambience was homey and eclectic, the live singer (Coco Watson) was amazeballs, and the fooooooood - the food deserves its own paragraph. We got the whipped goat cheese with black garlic honey and chapati bread and the watermelon jicama salad to start - both were stunning. I practically licked the bowl the goat cheese came in. And then the entrees blew our minds. The oxtail barbacoa melted off the bone and right into your mouth with all the flavor in the world, and it paired gorgeously with the homemade mac and cheese it was served with. And the duck tajine might have been the most delicious preparation of duck I’ve ever tasted - perfectly cooked, full of flavor and fun vegetables (I LOVE SUNCHOKES!). Finally, the New Year’s special dessert was a Caribbean Black Cake served with a mini coquito - PERFECTION. Overall a *chef’s kiss* restaurant experience. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Great service and great food, be prepared to take home leftovers or split an entree. We will definitely return.

We love our visits to Bacanora! The food, the staff & service, and the ambiance are perfect! Since the menu changes regularly it’s a new experience each time! On this visit the snapper al pastor & scallop ceviche were phenomenal!! Cassandra, Alex, Logan, Cecilia, Kara, & the wonderful bartenders are always so welcoming & the service is exceptional! We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a chance to meet friends / colleagues who were in Phoenix for a family event. We wanted to meet at a place where we could have a conversation while enjoying great food and a wonderful overall experience. The service team, the team in the kitchen, the feeling connected to the restaurant, along with every contact point is designed to deliver consistent results. My first experience at Lon's was in 2006, and it remains my favorite place for this experience. All the best to each of you!
